As many of you know,
a traditional facelift surgery involves an incision that starts
from the side of the head (temporal area) going either in
front or behind the ear then around the earlobe and off into
the posterior hairline. Traditional browlift involves an incision
from one ear to the other across the top of the head and a
strip of scalp is removed to elevate the brow. In a traditional
facelift, the direction of pull is lateral (to the side, toward
the ear).
Although many beautiful
results can be achieved when these techniques are performed
meticulously by a skilled Plastic Surgeon, many of you are
still experts at picking out whohas had work done.
